Capital Equipment Provider

AlloyLink were approached by a customer who were in the need for capital equipment, a Fanuc robot deburr cell and a new X ray facility capable to X ray parts up to 1.5m in Diameter. The investment requirement source in the ULK was significant, potentially unaffordable and had lead time extending into 12 months. After sharing the capital requirement specifications, the component design AlloyLink worked with a partner in China and sourced both items. Purchased from world class facilities with known pedigree and product reliability. The equipment carries the CE marking and the end customer secured lease finance in UK. The total cost, landed and installed within a six-month lead time, came in at 60% of the initial budget. The savings seen allowed the customer to secure new contract due to reduced capital expenditure recovery combined with labour savings.

An EV OEM approached AlloyLink to Source Aluminium machined Sand Casting forEV vehicle pre-production builds. This program was successfully delivered on time and to their exacting standards leading to the nomination for production products in Gravity die.
